I have received a wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, don’t worry.

We have your back and will get the right thing to you quicker than you can say “Otorhinolaryngologist”.

Send us some photos of what you received including the item, its labels/tags and barcode. We can then make sure we have the correct item in stock.

Once you have sent the photos there is no point keeping a hold of the item, return the incorrect item to us and ensure you keep the tracking number/receipt for its postage.

Provide us with the tracking facility and we can get the correct item sent out to you right away!
