I think my bike is faulty?

We at Wiggle know that there is nothing worse than when you want to get out on your bike and enjoy the world on two wheels only to get the bike out to find something to flatten the mood. No worries we'll get them sorted for you and get you back on the road as soon as we can. To help us do this our team just need a few simple things from you:

1. Your order number,
2. A brief description of the issue,
3. An image of the issue/area effected
4. A report from a local bike shop (if you have one) outlining the problem and why they think it is a fault.
