So, your new bike has arrived only to find that there is a problem with it.

Don’t worry we have your back, for us to help sort the issue with your new bike our team will need a few bits of information:

1. Your order number for the bike,
2. A brief description of the issue and how you found it,
3. An image of the issue/area and the box the bike arrived in and any damage to it if any is showing.

What we may need to do now to give you THE best outcome is arrange for your bike to be collected to receive a full all over inspection so we can give the best service possible weather that be repairing or replacing the effected part.
