Part of my bike is faulty?

Sadly we know the rare but possible times when on the first few outings one of the components on your new pride and joy fails or breaks.

In this case we want to get this fixed. For us to be able to sort this we need a few key things from you:

1. Your order number for the bike,
2. A brief description of the issue and how you found it or it was caused,
3. An image of the issue/area
4. A report from a local bike shop outlining the problem and why they think it is a fault.

Depending on the issue we may have to get the bike back to our workshop so the bike would be collected but there would be no cost to you in this case at all.
