What is the return process for warranty items?

It's happened, you've been using your product for a few months and suddenly it's failed, you’re worried about what is going to happen and how to get it fixed or if you even can get it fixed. Don't worry we are here to make the entire process as easy and stress free for you as possible.

To get the ball rolling the first things we need from you are:

1. Your order number for the product,
2. A brief description of the issue and how you found it,
3. An image of the issue or area effected.

In most cases we will need to get the product back for an inspection by ourselves or the supplier may request to inspect it personally. This is to make sure that you get the best and most accurate out come to your warranty claim.
